How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are: United Kingdom 3–5 business days, Europe 5–10 business days, and the rest of the world 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on all UK orders over £25.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted global suppliers, so some items ship directly from our overseas partners to keep prices low. Delivery estimates above already account for this.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
